I'm glad they are making another 2d mario, but the level shown didn't look compelling at all.. I don't really get why you'd want to play with 4 people either.

Actually looks pretty damn sweet. I was worried it was just a NSMB port at first.

Looks like they took the fun of knocking your friends into enemies and jumping off their heads for coins from Mario Bros and brought it into Super Mario Bros. I bet it's a blast with some buddies.

Playing with the wiimote sideways kinda sucks though, wish they would have a classic/gc control option but I doubt it since you have to 'shake' it to propel yourself. Goddamn gimmicks getting in the way of gameplay, had the same issue with Punch Out.


edit: @ CC Music Factory playing in the background during that vid. That song is older than their target audience lol

This actually looks pretty cool. Specially if it has online co-op(knowing nintendo thought it probably wont) some of my closest friends are barely casual gamers (They love all the wiggle waggle nintendo bullshit) but I know they would all pick this up and it would be fun to pla with them.
