Sony - They are improving, they are slowly drawing me in.

I found all conferences lacking. Sony and MS close. But Sony's wiimote ripoff is just painful. At least MS has something unique / new.

And not to talk about PSP Go == 250 euro.. wtf.

Games that whowed me. Splinter, Forza 3, Allan Wake, Metal Gear X360, Uncharted 2 ,Trico.

As usual, Microsoft mainly focused on 2009 games while Sony revealed everything they have for 2010.

2010 year of the PS3

Nintendo isn't a videogame company as far as i'm concerned.

Microsoft: B+
Had a great lineup for this year and the next. Showed some games many people were dying to see (Splinter Cell, Alan Wake)that both looked fantastic. The Natal stuff looked great, but a little too good to be true.

Sony: C-
Their lineup probably matches Microsofts one pretty good. The only problem was that all of their great games (Trico, Uncharted 2, God of War 3) were shown very recently, which made the conference a borefest. I think that after Uncharted 2 and Trico, the debate over which console is more powerful is pretty much over. The fact that they didn't announce a pricedrop of redesign basically confirms that the PS3 is cemented in third place this generation.

Nintendo: D+
Shit conference, what did you expect. To be honest, I thought it would be worse, they were the only company to have a significant number of new software announcements (2 Mario games, Metroid), the only problem is that apart from Galaxy 2, they all looked like shit.

My thoughts:

Sony wins. Not impressive, but still more interesting than the other two. Even if there had only been psp news, I'd have declared sony the winnar (resident evil, mgs, gran turismo....). I'm excited to play Modnationracers

Nintendo comes in second place. Really need to play mario and luigi 3. Metroid could be nice. At least the conference had its share of new games, and it's a huge improvement after last year's.

Microsoft's conference sucked overall, but the game I need most is probably Crackdown 2 Alan Wait looked nice as well. I put them in the last place because they spent too much fucking time talking about multiplatform shit. And because of the cliché fat geek playing call of duty.

Sony won.

They overtalk by 20 minutes but their games, wow just wow, the unveiling were the best. Uncharted 2 + Guardian + GT5 + GOW3 = impossible on inferior hardware of 360. Nailed in the coffin, jewraid am owned by deadmeat FUD.
The PSEye 2.0 is a real deal, possible with CELL motion capture processing since 2006. I knew it. Ultrasonic + sub millisecond precision + realtime overlay is perfect for ALL gaming. Waving empty hands = LOL!

MS did the best but the tech is aging. The games are ok. Nothing of revolution performance. Halo 3.5 and Halo 4 is the biggest unveil. LOL MS and Bungie are creatively bankrupt. :yawn.
Natal is half scripted. MS is famous in FUD + money hats. The fun seems for casuals. No PSEye 2.0 1:1 3D realtime precision + toggle controller = no hardcore games.

Nintendo. LOL. wtf is that shit. Old aunty maggie is a fuck personality zero. Games are pathetic. I mute it and surf porn until return to Sony superior E3.

Nothing at all I would imagine. They moved the Rock Band: Beatles segment from the EA conference to the MS one to accommodate their schedules.

MS B+ (Rare + Real Lionhead would have push it to a A-)
Sony C (Trico will sell as well as Shadow or Ico , GT5 is vaporware, Uncharted 2 will deliver , and Gow 2.5 is mehhhh, at least they try on the PSP)

In order of win

MS- They had more games I care about. They had Halo... win. Splinter cell was awesome. Im a huge fan of metal gear so that was cool. Natal seems interesting... ultimatly I dont think it will work but I feel its a step forward or at least away from nintendos controls. I could care less about forza. MW2 is multiplatform so I dont count it for them. The beatles suck.

Nin- I am the biggest metroid fan. I always felt the prime series would have been better as a 3rd person. Im sceptical of metroid guiden but i have hope. they jerked themselfs off for way to long about how well they have done. #= boring

Sony- Uncharted looked great but I have never played the first so there is not much excitement there for me there. Their dildo is a blatant uninspired copy of the wii. GT5 i could care less about. GOW3 looks great... but a big part of me felt like I was watching GOW2 with new graphics... eitherway they et a point for it. There was so much boring ass talking from them.

hhaha... like a true player i didnt my ps3 it was gifted to me by my bitches!... or my family got it for me for my birthday. The only thing ive had a chance to play on it thought is mgs4 (AWESOME) and killzone 2 (hated the weighting thing and had to return it before the patched) I have resistance, uncharted, and little big planet on my gamefly list though. I own a wii as well... im an equal opportunity player.

Typical Hans. Calling people poors of they dont buy a ps3. I bought a ps3 and it is the biggest regret of my life. I really sucks. I feel like i bought a $500 AUD door stop. :/
