Last Guardian for me was game of E3. Alan Wake was close second, GoW3 and then splinter cell, forza3 and then uncharted. GT5 would be in there but seriously, it's best not to get excited for something without any firm date. it looks THE SHIT though.

For the most part, yes.

The story basically involves that young boy and that creature locked in a gigantic fortress and you work together in order to escape. ICO stories are generally pretty simple, but touching nonetheless.

Release date I would imagine is late 2010.

Just from that brief glimpse you get the feeling that the affection the guardian possum and boy have will be something special. That team is so fantastic at using emotion and setting a scene, I really do feel bad for the jaded folks who just wont get it.

The game looks like crap and every Sony fanboy knows it but they wont admit it. They also lack confidence in the game's quality and selling power. Want proof? Anytime a game cannot stand on its own two feet it is always compared to a benchmark. There is never a thread where this game is not compared to Zelda for example. I predict this game, like Sony's Halo 3 killer Killzone 2, will have pathetic sales.
