Everything you're hearing is noise. I've heard Rogers would have taken the job if it was offered before the full interview process. I've heard Martinez has been to Boston or is in Boston for interviews (which is really farking stupid, they should come to the continent to conduct interviews). I've heard big interest in AVB (my favorite pick of the realistic choices) and the talks are already underway (via middle representatives).

Guardiola, De Boer, Klopp all make up a nice wishlist but doesn't mean anything.

Martinez is nice to interview and his style of football fits the city, but that would be a step back as he hasn't won anything.

As usual, the same dopes that make up transfer rumors are at work on the hiring campaign.

The club is trigger happy and was stupid to axe Dalglish without having a firm grip on a new manager so I'm not hopeful for a good result. It will be funny when whoever the new manager is doesn't reach 4th again after the first full season, how the owners will tell us to remain calm that the manager needs a chance.
