Well, you can pay a lawyer and sue anyone you want, they'll take your money. But I doubt there's ever been a successful lawsuit against the FBI.

Why were they using a chainsaw anyway? Wouldn't a ram have done the same job a lot quicker?

It's all about terrorizing the resident, and they probably conducted studies, showing chainsaw entry to be more terrifying.

Yea. If I heard a chainsaw start up and start cutting through my door, I would have started shooting through it. Seriously, probably didn't even yell "FBI" before cutting through the door. Then they would have shot me dead and called my a criminal resisting arrest :rollin
